Honorary Consul Dorel Nasui gave the keynote speech for the European Horizons Midwest Regional Conference at the University of Chicago on Sunday, April 8th.
He addressed European identity, national security and political economy, and encouraged undergraduate students to pursue study abroad programs in Moldova.
